Returns & Exchanges
We offer free shipping on all orders above $100 in the continental US. Orders placed after 3 pm ET will be shipped the following business day.
If you have any issues with your order and would like to return or exchange an item, just email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the bedding & bath category and for hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened items. We understand that this is not ideal and are open to reviewing on a case by case basis. We encourage donating opened items to shelters across the country, and are able to make recommendations based on where you live. For all unopened items, we charge a $10 processing fee, and provide a prepaid shipping label. You can begin processing your return here.
All items on “Flash Sale” and orders over $500 are final and are not eligible for a refund.
