Orders placed after 3 PM ET will ship the next business day.
30-Night Comfort Trial (Pillows)
We offer a 30-night comfort trial on pillows. If you’re not loving your pillow, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returns & Refunds (Opened Items)
Opened pillows are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, and payment processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Returned items must be in a condition fit for donation (no stains or damage).

We may request photos of the item before approving or processing a return.
Exchanges
If your pillow isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days.
