We want you to love every product you receive from FluffCo. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@fluff.co or call 1-855-623-0022 within 30 days of delivery.

Support hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 AM – 8 PM ET.
We aim to respond within 24 hours.

During peak seasons or periods of high demand, responses may take slightly longer — thanks for your patience.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Orders placed after 3 PM ET will ship the next business day.

30-Night Comfort Trial (Pillows)

We offer a 30-night comfort trial on pillows. If you're not loving your pillow, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds (Opened Items)

Opened pillows are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees, handling fees, and payment processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Returned items must be in a condition fit for donation (no stains or damage).
  • We may request photos of the item before approving or processing a return.

Exchanges

If your pillow isn't the right fit, we're happy to offer an exchange within 30 days.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that are stained, damaged, or not in donatable condition
  • Flash Sale items
  • Orders over $500 (final sale)
