Accessibility Statement for FluffCo

FluffCo is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. FluffCo's website, fluff.co, is being monitored and remediated with the goal of conforming with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Conformance is ongoing through a combination of automated monitoring, expert audits, and source-level remediations.

Our Accessibility Partner

FluffCo has partnered with AudioEye, a third-party digital accessibility platform, to support our accessibility program. AudioEye provides:

  • Continuous automated monitoring of fluff.co for accessibility issues
  • Expert audits conducted by certified accessibility professionals (CPACC, WAS, CPWA)
  • A 24/7 Accessibility Help Desk for visitors to report issues directly

AudioEye has issued FluffCo a Trusted Certification confirming our ongoing commitment to digital accessibility. The certification is available on request.

How to Access Our Accessibility Help Desk

The AudioEye Accessibility Help Desk is available on every page of fluff.co. You can open it by:

  • Using the keyboard shortcut Shift + ? to open the panel
  • Following the “Accessibility” link in the website footer

From the Help Desk you can report an accessibility issue, request assistance, or use personalization tools to customize your browsing experience including text size, contrast, reading guides, and more.
